Robots

Our staff's wide range of experience with robot controllers & models extend from:  ABB (S2-IRC5), COMAU, FANUC (RG-Global 2) GÜDEL(w/ABB S4C+), KAWASAKI (ZX), KUKA (KRC2) & NACHI (AP, AR-FD11)

Applications include:  Adhesive, Arc Welding, Buffing & Finishing, De-Molding, Fastening, Flash Removal, Hot Glue, Laser Welding, Material Handling, Palletizing, Servo / Pneumatic Riveting, Hydraulic / Pneumatic / Servo Gun Spot Welding, Stud Welding, Roller Hemming, Sealer, Urethane, iRVision, Cognex In-Sight, & Water Jet Cutting.

We also have individuals to work closely with the Automakers for the certification of DCS and SafeMove during the BuyOff phase.  Integrators such as Kuka, Comau, Paslin and Valient have entrusted us to do the programming as well as the BuyOff phase with their customer.

We've also provided customization or development of a standard for the facilities of our clients.

Controls

Our staff works with the industry's standard of logic controllers Allen Bradley & Siemens on a variety networks such as Ethernet, Devicenet, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and RIO.

We Design / Program / Debug with these software types:  STEP7, WinCC, TIA Portal, FactoryTalk, PanelView, Panelbuilder, Studio5000, RSLogix5000, RSLogix500, and RSLogix5.

Applications:  Decking Systems, Programable Material Handling Carts, Conveyors, Cross Transfers, Roller Tables, Vision (Final Inspection and Measure), Leak Testing Machines, Washing Machines, Deburring, Fastening.

We also have GM certififed staff and others dedicated to the standards of FCA and Ford.
